CES 2018 - Gaming Laptops

It has come to my attention that gaming laptops are cheap and portable at CES 2018.

This is pretty new stuff. Usually having a portable and cheap laptop to bring around wouldn't be able to run games very well.

Gaming laptops are usually pretty bulky and expensive.

Now however, with AMD and Intel's partnership is shown in HP's new $1,360 Spectre x360 15 convertible.

It weighs only 4.6 pounds and has a slim 19.8 mm profile.

However, it has a performance between NVIDIA GTX 1050 and 1060 graphics according to Intel and AMD. Not bad, considering the price.

Another model with Intel and AMD's chips is Dell's XPS 15 two-in-one starting at $1300.

Excellent prices considering how most bulky gaming laptops are around $1400.

AMD and Intel partnering up may have brought down their share price but these laptops do look very nice.

I will certainly be putting them on my shopping list.
